Marcus Wessel lives and works as a freelance editor in Cologne. He has been part of the sneaker scene for over 20 years. Since 2012, he has been running the Sneakerzimmer blog, which focuses on the topics of trainers and travel. He has gained journalistic experience working for various print and online media. His passion for sneakers goes back to the 90s and models such as the Nike Air Max 1 and later the Asics Gel-Lyte III. His favourite city is New York and his favourite hobby is the cinema.
